Metin2 Dragon Stone Alchemy Guide
Dragon Stone Alchemy, usually just called "simya" by Turkish players, gives your character extra bonuses through stones. A good setup makes a clear difference in farming and PvP, but the system has many layers. This guide covers the basics according to the official Turkish wiki; names are given as they appear in the Turkish client.
Unlocking alchemy
The key material is Cor Draconis. From level 30, the Simyacı (alchemist) daily quest "Ejderha Gözü Gücü" gives 5 Cor Draconis (İşlenmemiş). From level 110 an extra daily quest can give Cor Draconis or Cor Daemonis. Short daily sessions on your phone are enough to build alchemy over time.
The seven stones
- Elmas (diamond): INT, ice, skill damage, magic attack and defence.
- Yakut (ruby): STR, fire, average damage, attack and defence.
- Yeşim (jade): max HP and SP, wind, HP regeneration.
- Safir (sapphire): DEX, earth, bonuses against characters.
- Grena (garnet): max HP and SP, lightning.
- Oniks (onyx): VIT, darkness resistance, defensive chance bonuses.
- Ametist (amethyst): bonuses against demons and metin stones, Yohara-related values.
Grade and clarity
Grade (sınıf) sets how many bonuses a stone carries: İşlenmemiş, Yontulmuş, Ender, Antika, Efsanevi, Mitsi. Clarity (saflık) sets how strong they are: Mat, Parlak, Tertemiz, Mükemmel, Kusursuz. Six stones of the same grade unlock a set bonus; clarity does not affect it.
Upgrades, rerolls and removal
Stone levels are raised with green, blue and pink Ejderha Fasulyesi. The wiki lists falling success rates as you climb: 100%, 80%, 70%, 50%, 30% and 20%. Rerolling a Mitsi stone's bonuses needs Ejderha Alevi: 1, 3, 9, 27 or 81 depending on clarity, and more flames raise the chance of the bonus you want. Removing a stone without a tool usually fails and destroys it; Ejderha Kerpeteni adds 10% success and Ejderha Kerpeteni+ always succeeds. Süre Özütü (K) extends stone duration as a percentage of a fixed 24 hours.
